The Impact of School Well-Being Implementation on Students’ Well-Being

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of school well-being on student well-being at SMP Negeri 3 Bissappu, Bantaeng Regency. In this study, school well-being encompasses aspects of school conditions, social relationships, self-fulfillment, and health status. Meanwhile, student well-being is measured based on psychological, social, physical, and academic dimensions. The research method employed a quantitative approach with an associative-causal design. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, as well as a t-test to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that the implementation of school well-being is in the good category, while student well-being is in the high category. The t-test results show a significant effect of school well-being implementation on student well-being. These findings emphasize that optimizing the implementation of school well-being contributes positively to improving student well-being; therefore, schools need to strengthen policies and practices that support a healthy, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
