Abstract

The anti-bullying education program in pesantren-based schools has a significant effectiveness on the psychological condition and learning achievement of students. Through socialization, counseling, roleplay activities, peer support group programs, and religious values studies, students are given an in-depth understanding of bullying and its effects, and are taught to respect and support each other. Before the program, students who were victims of bullying experienced serious negative impacts, such as trauma, low self-esteem, and decreased motivation to learn, which led to decreased academic performance. However, after the implementation of the anti-bullying education program, positive changes were seen. A safer and more comfortable learning environment allows students to be more focused and motivated in learning, which results in an overall improvement in academic performance as students feel valued and supported.
